Tsawwassen, Delta Real Estate

Tsawwassen is known for two things: sunshine and strata titles. The community, which occupies the southern tip of the Delta peninsula, claims the most sunshine hours in Metro Vancouver. It is also one of the largest concentrations of strata-title housing in British Columbia, with scores of condo and townhouse complexes.
